Entrusting someone else with the care of your pets isn’t an easy decision, so we offer a free consultation where we meet with you and your pets in the comfort of your own home.
We can discuss any specific requirements or special needs that you and your pet may have, take detailed notes about your pet’s habits, eating & exercise routines, medical history etc. We will also ask you for veterinarian details, emergency contact details & how often you would like to be updated of your pet’s and home’s safety.
After the initial meeting, should you wish to book us, we require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit - the balance being due before the first day of the service. However dog walking jobs can be paid on a daily basis.
